Four Seasons Coming To La Ribera

The big development in La Ribera, about an hour and a half north of San Jose on the East Cape, has died and then snapped back to life several times over the years it's been in development. It has been known as Cabo Blue and Cabo Dorado, and most recently it was Cabo Ribera.
