Sinking of Mexican warship Uribe 121 off the shore of Puerto Nuevo, to form new diving reef.  Parking along the street OK.  Boats may be rented to go out for a closer view, or you may take your boat out there for free. Or you can watch at the park Abelardo L . Rodríguez (behind BanaMex in central Rosarito) where screens will be placed to transmit the event live. Both entrances are free.
